Burglaries
A burglar broke into an apartment on the 4300 block of Furman Hall between 4 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 23. He or she stole a flat-screen television, several computers and other property totaling $3,759.
Burglars broke into Mosaic Tile at 2641 Noblin Road between 1 and 7 a.m. Jan. 21. They stole power tools, a computer and cash totaling more than $7,600.
A burglar or burglars slipped into a home on the 4800 block of Windblown Court between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 19. Two laptops, a television, an iPod and other property totaling $2,000 were stolen.
Someone broke into a home on the 1600 block of Evergreen Avenue between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Jan. 19. A camera, a computer, jewelry and cash totaling $3,500 were taken.
A burglar broke into an apartment at 2132 Ravenglass Place between 7:30 and 11 p.m. Jan. 20. A television and a camera valued at $1,000 were stolen.
Burglars broke into an apartment on the 6000 block ofShadetree Lane between 1 p.m. and midnight Jan. 20. They stole cash totaling $1,000.
A burglar or burglars slipped into a home on the 5300 block of Neuse Forest Road between 4:40 and 6:40 p.m. Jan. 23. They stole two televisions, an iPod, a shotgun and a video camera totaling $985.
A burglar or burglars broke into a home on the 8000 block of Wynewood Drive between 11:30 a.m. Jan. 23 and 10:30 p.m. Jan. 24. A television, a digital camera and other personal property totaling $1,150 were stolen.
Motor vehicle thefts
A thief or thieves stole a white 1984 Buick LeSabre from the 3600 block of New Bern Avenue on Jan. 23.
Someone stole a maroon 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette from the 5100 block of New Hope Road between 7:40 and 8 a.m. Jan. 19.
A thief stole a silver 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix from outside a home on the 3900 block of Green Road between 6:30 and 7 a.m. Jan. 20.
Thefts from motor vehicles
A thief or thieves broke into two vehicles parked outside a home on the 6300 block of Terra Verde Drive between 10 p.m. Jan. 22 and 7 a.m. Jan. 23. They stole two GPS units valued at $250.
A thief slipped into a vehicle parked on the 1500 block of Nine Iron Way between 1 and 7 a.m. Jan. 19. A GPS unit valued at $250 was taken.
