Someone burglarized Yong Feng Lou Chinese Buffet at 4420 Capital Blvd. between 11 p.m. Feb. 26 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 27. He or she stole $300 worth of cash.
A burglar or burglars stole more than $1,700 worth of power tools from Carolina Country Club at 2500 Glenwood Ave. between 10 p.m. Feb. 23 and 6 a.m. Feb. 24.

Someone entered an apartment at 559 Pine Ridge Place between 11:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Feb. 25. He or she stole a diamond engagement ring and a digital camera worth $2,100.
Burglars broke into a home on the 7600 block of Neuse Bend Drive between 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Feb. 25. They stole nearly $900 in video gaming equipment.
Thefts from motor vehicles
Someone slipped into a vehicle parked outside a home on the 3900 block of Capital Blvd. between 7:30 and 9 p.m. Feb. 23. He or she stole more than $3,100 worth of property, including a laptop computer, a digital camera and a camcorder.
Motor vehicle thefts
A thief or thieves stole a blue 1999 Ford Explorer that was parked outside a hotel on the 2800 block of Brentwood Road between 2 and 2:30 a.m. Feb. 25. With the tools inside, the thieves made off with more than $4,200 in property.
Someone stole a silver 2004 Audi valued at $14,000 from the 2800 block of Andover Glen Road between 6 p.m. Feb. 23 and 8 a.m. Feb. 24.
A thief stole a yellow motorcycle worth $200 from the 3900 block of Cass Court between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Feb. 25.
