Cat adoption fees reduced

SAFE Haven is cutting adoption fees for cats and kittens Friday through Sunday. Adult cats will be $5 and kittens $20. SAFE Haven pets have been spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, plus given a medical exam.
