Fitzsimon addresses Dems

Autism support group

A group for grandparents of children with autism will meet from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at the Autism Society of North Carolina, 505 Oberlin Road, Suite 230, Raleigh. The topic is medication and health. For more information, email wcgrands@gmail.com.

Board of directors elected

The Raleigh-Durham Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization has elected its board of directors for the 2013-2014 year.

They are: Paul Levering, president; Sharat Nagaraj of Celito, membership chair; Giles Shih of BioResource International, forum chair; Jeff Finken of Madrona Solutions Group, learning chair; Paige Zinn of Jennings, communication chair; Maria Kingery of Southern Energy Management, integration chair; Kip Meadows of Nottingham Investment Administration, sponsor chair; and Russ Jones of Davidson and Jones, finance chair.

Bridge Club

The Capitol Bridge Club meets to play competitive bridge from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays at Glen Eden Park, 1500 Glen Eden Drive, Raleigh. Membership dues are $1 per person, per meeting.
