The City of Raleigh will hold informational forums concerning the future of the city from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the City of Raleigh Urban Design Center, 220 Fayetteville St., Raleigh. For this session, An Engine for Wake County’s Tourism Strategy, David Diaz, CEO of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, and Julie Brakenbury, director of services for the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau, will offer a look into the role of downtown in attracting visitors.
